CSSS	Minimum 6 Years approved service as Steno Grade ‘D’ (Relaxations applicable as per Rules).
IFS (B)	Minimum 6 Years approved service (5 Years for pre-rule incumbents).
AFHQ	Minimum 3 Years approved & Continuous Service in Grade ‘D’.
Railway Board Secretariat	Minimum 6 Years approved & Continuous Service (Relaxations as per rules).
ECI	Minimum 3 years approved & Continuous service in Grade ‘D’.
CVC	Minimum 5 Years Regular service as Steno Grade ‘D’.

Age Limit :
No specific Age limit mentioned. Eligibility is based on length of approved service as on 01 July 2025.
