  • A National Sports Institute Run By The Government of India Under The Ministry of Youth Affairs And Sports, Or 
  • Lakshmibai National Institute Of Physical Education, Gwalior, Or
  • Netaji Subhas National Institute Of Sports, Patiala, or 
  • A Post Graduate Diploma In Sports Coaching (PGDSC) From A University Recognized By The University Grants Commission (UGC), Or 
  • Any Other Equivalent Qualification From A Recognized University.
  •  (III) Sports Achievements :
  • Participation Or Achievement In The Concerned Sport Discipline In :
  • Olympic Games / Commonwealth Games / Asian Games, Representing The Country, Or 
  • Winning A Medal In Senior National Championship.
