TNPSC Recruitment 2022: Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has asked online applications from eligible candidates for the post of Veterinary Assistant Surgeon in Tamil Nadu Animal Husbandry Service. Interested candidates can apply by visiting the official website of the commission at tnpsc.gov.in. The last date to apply is 17th December. According to the official information, the application correction window will be open from December 22 to December 24, 2022. On March 15, 2022, the recruitment test (computer-based examination) will be held in two shifts from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm and from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm. The purpose of this recruitment is to fill a total of 731 vacancies.

The selection process will be conducted in two phases. The first test (using a computer-based test method) and the second will be an oral test in the form of an interview. According to the Appointment Reservation Rules, the final decision will be based on the combined scores from the CBT and oral tests of the candidates. It is essential that applicants appear for both the CBT test and the oral exam. Even if an applicant has the minimum required marks for selection, if he has not taken any subject in the CBT exam or oral examination, he will not be selected.

Educational qualification: BVSC, degree. (now known as B.V.Sc and A.H.) and the SSLC exam or its equivalent exam must be passed as a language with Tamil.
